If your order is incorrect or if your items has arrived damaged, please let us know within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will make arrangements to replace the incorrect/damaged items.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or ‘change of mind’ returns on our product range.
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. If you entered an incorrect address, changes can only be made prior to the order being processed. Where possible Flourish Aus will accommodate address change requests. Flourish Aus takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
We do not refund if the incorrect shipping address is given by the customer, if the item is returned to sender, we will charge the customer again for the initial shipping costs.
